Rhododendron —Elisabeth Hobbie

Elisabeth Hobbie is a compact rhododendron that makes up for its small stature with a spectacular display of bright crimson-scarlet, bell-shaped flowers. The loose trusses stand out beautifully against its glossy dark green foliage, making it an excellent choice for smaller gardens, pots and shaded borders. The Australian Rhododendron Society lists Elisabeth Hobbie among the easier small rhododendrons for southeastern Australian gardens.
